Born in Belgrade. Both of his parents, Rade Marković i Olivera Marković, were famous Serbian actors. He graduated in Fifth Belgrade Gymnasium, followed by FAMU International in Prague. He directed around fifty documentaries, 11 full-length movies, wrote around ten movie scripts, wrote six theatrical scripts, directed three theater plays, wrote three books. Awarded with more than 30 domestic and foreign awards, as for movie creation, so for theater accomplishment.
